THE HALL IS A NO SMOKING AREA
THERE IS ASSISTED ACCESS TO THE BUILDING BUT NO SPECIAL TOILET PROVISION IS AVAILABLE FOR DISABLED PERSONS
Hire Charges
The hall can be hired for:
morning session (9am to 1pm)
afternoon session (1pm to 5pm)
evening session (5pm to 10pm).
The hire charge, including the kitchen, is £10 per session. Electricity must be paid for using the meter which takes £1 coins.
Payment by cheque, payable to Chilton Polden Hall, must be made on receipt of the booking confirmation.
